Tasks and challenges:

To implement paperless workflow and to improve methods of getting and storaging data about clients and children from all Europe in ERP.

Importance:

Organizing activities related to children's leisure, involves a huge number of documents that need to be signed, stored, and submitted to various authorities upon request. Among other things, European legislation requires the careful storage of all data for a long time and after the end of the children's camp, which significantly increases the burden on the company in terms of operational processes and costs.

What has been implemented:

1. Paperless signing of documents using a signature on the tablet screen.



2. Robotic scenarios for creating, signing and sending various types of documents.




3. The creation of questionnaires for parents who send children to camps has been automated, and an environment has been created for storing data on each of the children on all camp shifts.


4. All tasks related to automated scripts take into account the multilingualism of the client base, as well as the multilingualism of the workflow, depending on the language the client speaks.
